Gar-Tech Limited bring revolutionary waste system to South Korea

In a deal with Utilitarian Enterprises Inc of Los Angeles, small UK company Gar-Tech have won a 700,000GBP (US$1,379,975) contract to set up their exciting new ReCyclone Eliminator System in South Korea. The system is capable of turning many different types of waste into useful commodities, and its proven success means that this contract could be the first of many.Dotan Yeo, a spokesperson for Utilitarian said: 'I have met companies all over the world who claim they can process waste economically in large volumes. Gar-Tech is the only one that has actually demonstrated its capability of processing waste for the production of commodities at a rate of 500 tonnes per day for less than US$2 per tonne.'Capable of dealing with waste streams from household municipal to agricultural waste to construction waste without pre-sorting, the system takes the material in and seeks out the recyclable materials which can be used to create diesel fuel, compost and fertiliser. The system consists of a pre-shredder, a magnetic separator for ferrous metal, the ReCyclone Eliminator machine itself, with conveyors going in and out, and a cyclonic filtration unit. It is so effective that none of the processed waste will go to landfill.Derek Reffell, MD of Gar-Tech, says 'The ReCyclone Eliminator has proven capable of processing large amounts of all kinds of waste at very low cost. Waste management is becoming a major economic and environmental issue in many countries around the world, and we believe this system will make a real difference. We are a relatively small company based in Cornwall, but with this technology we are set to become a world leader.'
