About Patrick L. Dovil Dr. Patrick Dorvil has been working as Senior Economist at the European Investment Bank (EIB) since 2008. The European Investment Bank is the world’s largest multilateral borrower providing more than 80 billion Euro investment each year. Patrick’s main duty at the Bank is to carry out the due diligence work and to manage solid waste / circular economy projects both within and outside the European Union. Patrick has been also teaching Circular economy / environmental economics at University College London CL since 2013. Patrick has studied civil engineering in Stuttgart / Germany and holds a PhD in Economics from St Gallen, University in Switzerland. Last year Patrick was awarded a Fulbright grant by the US State Department to teach as Professor Circular Economy at the University of Puerto Rico, Campus Rio Piedras.
