Personnel : New faces, fresh direction: HRS Heat Exchangers strengthens its leadership team
Matt Hale has taken up the newly defined role of Global Business Development Director, bringing with him almost four decades of experience across engineering, sales and management in the food, dairy and environmental processing industries. Having spent 13 years with HRS, his remit now spans key account management, global distributor oversight and marketing activities.
"I'm very much looking forward to driving the business development side of our business, leading our talented team across the globe in our ambition to deliver sustainable and efficient heat transfer solutions. Developing our valued key accounts is a critical part of our growth strategy and this will be at the heart of my new remit. In addition, I am keen to further enhance our brand strength and recognition through our ongoing marketing activities, working closely with our partner suppliers to maximise all opportunities."
Extending the company's commercial reach
Arnold Kleijn has been appointed Global Sales Director, a role that draws on a long and varied career at HRS encompassing positions including Product Development Manager and Sales Director Europe. His appointment positions the company well as it seeks to extend its footprint across international markets.

"I have always been grateful to work across different markets and cultures during my various positions within HRS and hope to build on this further as Global Sales Director. Rewarding engineering excellence in Europe
Completing the trio of changes, Antonio Jara Ponce has been promoted to Global Sales Manager, Europe. A chemical engineer with more than ten years at HRS, his elevation reflects a track record built on customer service, engineering expertise and project management.
"I am excited to embrace this new opportunity," states Antonio. "I'm driven by the belief that the right technology can protect and sustain our world, and I look forward to helping our customers move towards more efficient, sustainable and cost-effective process solutions."

With more than 40 years' experience across the food and beverage, environmental, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors — including biogas and wastewater — the company designs and manufactures a range of turnkey systems and components incorporating corrugated tubular and scraped surface heat exchanger technology. The trio of appointments signals a clear intent to build on that foundation and accelerate growth across its global network.
