WEKA Industrie Medien GmbH sees itself as an independent media house in the areas of technology & industry, construction & buildings, transport & traffic as well as management & trade. We produce and market specialist magazines in print and digital form, organize specialist conferences and congresses, produce multimedia content for professional information and create content marketing for companies.

(hereinafter referred to as “WEKA”)

Based on the Service- and Licence Agreement dated 2.12.2015 as well as the Data Processing Agreement dated June 12th, 2019 WEKA acts as (i) operator of this Website waste-management-world.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), (ii) publisher of the Waste Management World Newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the “Newsletter”) and (iii) publisher of the Waste Management World Magazine (hereinafter referred to as the “Magazine”).

Any data processed by WEKA in connection with the above-mentioned purpose is processed on behalf and on the account of the Media Owner (as defined below).
