About Francis Okori Francis Okori is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Makerere University, and is a PhD student at the Institute of Water Quality and Resource Management, TU Wien. His doctoral research is on evaluating the performance of CDM MSW composting Plants in Uganda for technical performance and providing actionable recommendations for improvement composting operations.
