About Richard David Lee Richard David Lee is an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Water Quality and Resource Management at TU Wien. His doctoral research focuses on waste-related climate projects within a development context, especially within East Africa. He holds a BSc in Biology and a BA in Philosophy from Virgina Tech (USA) and an MSc in Environmental Technology and International Affairs from the TU Wien (Austria).
