About Therese Schwarzboeck Therese Schwarzboeck is Senior Scientist and Head of Laboratory at the Research Unit Waste and Resource Management at the Institute for Water Quality and Resource Management at TU Wien, Austria. She finished her PhD in 2018, where she focussed on fossil CO2-emissions from waste-to-energy plants and from refuse-derived fuels. In her research she further focusses i.a. on waste characterisation and analysis, different aspects of waste management in developing countries and separate waste collection of in public spaces.
