Croatian bioplastics facility gains ISO certification

Bioplastics manufacturer EcoCortec has achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 certification following several months of preparation. The certification audit was conducted by TÜV Croatia, member of TÜV NORD group. The ISO 9001 certificate is a quality management system designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. Meanwhile ISO 50001 is an energy management certificate that aims to help organisations continually reduce their energy use.
