Drunk Man Rescued from Recycling Bin
A drunken Lithuanian man was recently rescued from a clothes recycling bin after seeking refuge from the cold in Essex, UK, according to the Daily Telegraph. It was reported that a woman walking her dog heard the cries of the man stuck in a closed recycling bin, before calling the emergency services. A spokesperson was reported to have said: ''Two appliances were sent to the incident and when firefighters arrived at the scene they found the woman comforting a young man who had clearly had a good night out." Crews were said to have requested the attendance of police as they said that the casualty, although unharmed, may have had trouble finding his way home. According to the national newspaper, the spokesperson added: ''How he got into the bin is a bit of a mystery, but he would still be there if the woman hadn't heard his cries for help."
