Italian Made Plastics Recycling Technology on Show in Munich : Mobile Ballistic Separator and PET Bottle Delabeling Technology fro AMUT at IFAT 2016
Italian plastic extrusion and recycling equipment manufacturer, AMUT GROUP, is to showcase its plastic recycling technology at IFAT 2016 in Munich.
Among the products on show will be the company’s De-Labeller (Pictured) - a dry pre-cleaning system for removing full-body shrink sleeve labels from PET bottles.
The company explained that after the removal phase, PET bottles still have a good integrity without damage or loosing the necks.
The second main product on display will be the flat-bed trailer, mounted mobile ballistic separator for sorting packaging into three different streams:
Flat/light fraction (PE film)
Rolling/heavy fraction (hemispherical shaped containers)
Mixed materials for rejection. Belt conveyors remove and stack selected fractions with a folding system.
The machine features six paddles each 4m in length.
