Decarbonisation technologies are said to be the silver bullet to achieve net zero. Carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) belongs to this category. It is of increasing interest for Waste-to-Energy plants and even though it might not be 'the' solution to the emissions problem, it can play an important role. WMW talked with CEWEP's Fabio Poretti about everything WtE and CCUS.
